Large rooms and friendly staff close to Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station
The Miyako Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Yokkaichi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. The location next to Kintetsu Yokkaichi makes it a base to explore the city.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. This hotel doesn't offer temperature control for the air con so in the winter you'll always have heat and in the summer you'll always have cooling. However, the room was comfortable enough and the staff explained this to us before checking in so we knew what to expect.
